Primed To Surpass Last Season’s Career-High Numbers
Brandon Aiyuk rewarded fantasy managers by exceeding the expectations of his Round 6 ADP during 2023 (69/WR29). Aiyuk also established new career highs in multiple categories, which has sustained the steady rise in his stock during the past two seasons. Aiyuk has accumulated 2,357 receiving yards (71.4 per game) since 2022, which has vaulted him to 11th among all wide receivers. He is also 10th in touchdowns (15) during that sequence, and he accrued those numbers despite finishing 23rd in targets (219/6.6 per game). Aiyuk also generated a career-high 1,342 yards (83.9 per game) during 2023, which placed him seventh overall. Aiyuk also soared to second in yards per route run (3.32), yards per target (12.8), and yards per reception (17.9), and was third in yards before catch per reception (12.8). Aiyuk also rose to 14th in points per game (15.6) while capturing the second-highest grade for wide receivers from PFF. Aiyuk remains an exceptional route-runner, who thrives in San Francisco's offense despite the challenge of sharing targets with Deebo Samuel, George Kittle, and Christian McCaffrey. Aiyuk has already proven that he can deliver high-end WR2 production while flourishing with Brock Purdy under center. He is also capable of surpassing the numbers that he assembled delivered during 2023. That justifies seizing him during Round 2 in dynasty startup drafts and best-ball leagues.
